- No Further Refunds:
After the initial 30-day period, website subscriptions continue to auto-renew each perod on a monthly basis for the same period as prior, and no refunds will be issued for subsequent billing periods.
- Non-Refundable Items:
All one-time setup costs, additional elective design fees, custom development fees, domain purchases, professional email services, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace services, marketing apps and add-ons, and marketing services and related items are non-refundable.

Ensure your cancellation request is sent at least 7 days before the start of the next billing period.
- Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email.
- End of Subscription:
Your subscription will continue until the end of the current active subscription period, at which point your products, services or add-ons will become unavailable and, if applicable, your website will be unpublished.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14-21 days from the date of confirmation of your refund eligibility.
- No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds. However, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds at our discretion should we deem it necessary.
